Easy No-Bake Sin Bars Recipe

These easy no-bake sin bars are Hubby's favorite dessert, and they're so easy to make even though they have three layers.  The only problem I have with making them is that I really like them too and low-calorie they are not!

Easy No Bake Sin Bars
 Layer 1:
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
4 cups rice crispies

Melt the first 3 ingredients together, then mix in the rice crispies.  Pat into buttered 9" x 13" cake pan.

Layer 2:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 package instant vanilla pudding
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk

Mix all the ingredients together and spread evenly over the top of the first layer.

Layer 3:
6 ounces chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter

Melt the ingredients together and pour over the top of the bars.  Spread evenly and let the bars cool before cutting.  Enjoy!

One of my favorite things to do with these bars is to switch out the vanilla pudding for a different flavor.  So far, coconut cream, banana cream, and butterscotch have all been a big hit.  I'd love to hear what flavor you tried on your bars!

To save on dishes when I make these bars, I use the same microwave safe bowl for each layer as I make it.

If you're planning to bring these bars to any events or share them at all, you're going to need to print off the recipe because there's a pretty good chance that at least a couple of people will ask you for it.  You can download a printable copy of the recipe below.
